How to update the site
  1. Add a show to the season
    Old Ferry Playhouse → Shows → Add New. Title, author line, the credit wording and the author-line size from the licence, the media rule, opening and closing dates, when tickets go on sale, times, prices, and the performances one per line. The board, the season page, the tickets page and the crew sheets follow it.
  2. Set when passes go on sale
    Old Ferry Playhouse → Season pass → the one entry → renewal date, public date, price, cap, sold → Update. The note on the board and the tickets page change on the day.
  3. Post an audition call
    Old Ferry Playhouse → Auditions → Add New: the show, date, time, ages, the roles one per line, the running order. It appears on the board and the Auditions page, and the sign-up form checks ages against it. It disappears the day after.
  4. Open a crew sheet
    Old Ferry Playhouse → Crew shifts → Add New, one per slot: the show, the date, the task, how many needed. As people sign, raise "Signed up" and add first names. Full slots stay listed; the sheet vanishes with its show.
  5. Thank a sponsor
    Old Ferry Playhouse → Sponsors → Add New: name, level, amount, a note. The thank-you on the board and the About page read the list.
  6. Publish a new Form 990
    Media → Add New and upload the PDF. Then Old Ferry Playhouse → Financial documents → Add New, choose the file, the fiscal year and the kind, and Publish. The file size is worked out for you; the three newest 990s are listed by themselves.
  7. Send year-end giving statements
    Old Ferry Playhouse → Year-end statements → look at donors marked Fix or Check, add checks and stock under "Gifts entered by hand", preview a statement, then Send. In this demonstration nothing is emailed.
